Developing Minds Therapy Services (DMTS) uilizes Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) based in both applied behavior analysis and developmental psychology to teach skills through natural and age approprate activities. We believe that prioritizing the therapist-child relationship, embedding children’s interests, and gaining assent leads to greater educational gains and positive experiences.
DMTS emphasizes teamwork, with employees working together and supporting each other in the workplace. Employees encourage one another to maintain a healthy work-life balance, achieve individual goals, and prioritize self care. These pieces are critical for maintaining effective treatment, motivated employees, and a positive work environment.
